Cordell Broadus to decide between UCLA and USC?
Cordell Broadus, the son of legendary rapper Snoop Dogg, is expected to announce his college choice during National Signing Day on Wednesday afternoon. At this point, it seems like Broadus has narrowed his decision down to UCLA and USC.
Snoop is a huge USC fan, and he said earlier this week that it would “mean the world” if his son committed to the Trojans. However, Snoop did show some love for UCLA and Jim Mora a little over a year ago and many believe Broadus wants to carve out his own path.
Broadus, a 6-foot-2 wide receiver who is ranked the No. 26 wide receiver in the nation according to 247Sports Composite Rankings, has received offers from several other big programs in addition to the aforementioned two, including LSU, Arizona State, Notre Dame and Baylor. For what it’s worth, UCLA was the first school to make a formal scholarship offer.
The majority of editors and recruiting analysts at 247Sports believe Broadus will commit to UCLA, with USC a close second and Arizona State a somewhat distant third.
