Dalvin Cook, you forget something?
The talented Florida State running back blew an easy touchdown in the second quarter of the Seminoles’ game Monday against Ole Miss when he dropped the ball as he was cruising towards the end zone following a reception.
Cook appeared to be trying to exchange the ball from one hand to the other when he lost control and it went out of bounds. The mistake was costly, as FSU was unable to punch it in for a touchdown on the next three plays and instead settled for a field goal to make it 21-6.
Unfortunately this is nothing new for Cook, who has struggled with fumbling issues in the past, including his two turnover game against Oregon in the College Football Playoff.
This is a tough way for the Heisman Trophy contender to start the season. At least he wasn’t doing it while celebrating like this guy.
