Trinidad Chambliss had several fans debating his NFL draft status after his first half for the ages on Saturday against LSU.
The Ole Miss quarterback went off against Lane Kiffin’s squad before halftime of the heavyweight clash at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Miss. Chambliss had a full highlight reel of throws, including an exclamation-point touchdown pass to Deuce Alexander that gave the Rebels a 24-7 lead over the Tigers just before the break.

Chambliss threw for 248 yards and a pair of touchdowns on a 21/27 passing clip — a full-game stat line in just two quarters of play against No. 7 LSU.
Several fans couldn’t help but imagine the Ole Miss star’s pro prospects during the matchup. Many of them stated that the 24-year-old would have been a can’t-miss prospect had he not bee undersized and older than most of his peers on the field.
Trinidad Chambliss would be such a home run QB prospect if he wasn’t 5’10” and 32 years old

if Trinidad Chambliss wasn’t old as hell he’d be my number one target for the Falcons

If Trinidad Chambliss was 4 inches taller and wasn’t AARP eligible he might be the guy

Chambliss would be a pro by now if his request for an additional year of college eligibility had not been granted earlier this year. Instead, he’s looking like one of the prizes in what is shaping up to be a stacked 2027 NFL draft class.
