Gardner Minshew gives Mike Leach a fake mustache during interview
Mustache Mania has even spread to Mike Leach.
Leach’s Washington State Cougars beat Colorado 31-7 on Saturday to hand the Buffs their fifth straight loss. Cougars quarterback Gardner Minshew threw for 335 yards and two touchdowns during the win, and he got caught up in his own mania afterwards.
Minshew walked up to Leach during the head coach’s postgame interview with ESPN and slapped a fake mustache on him.

The mustache was sideways and Leach did not seem to be too amused. Maybe it was the wrong time for it, because Leach is often willing to engage in silly topics.
Just to get an idea of how big Gardner Minshew Mustache Mania is, fans and announcers were seen wearing the props during the game.

Washington State is Minshew’s third college. The graduate transfer has caught everyone off guard with his excellence this season … and his mustache.
