The rivalry between Alabama and Auburn has already started for the 2019 season.
Auburn coach Gus Malzahn has definitely been paying attention to the news, because he eagerly took a shot at the Crimson Tide during his Tuesday press conference. Auburn’s upcoming game against Kent State kicks off at 7 p.m. ET, in stark contrast to the noon kickoffs that Alabama complained about publicly.
Malzahn took a little dig, saying he wishes they were starting at noon.
Auburn HC Gus Malzahn on the Kent State game: "Personally, I wish it was at noon, so we'd have more time to prepare for our next opponent."

Yes, the pettiness has started already. Alabama made a big stink about their noon kickoffs, which failed to elicit a lot of sympathy from their fellow schools. They’re certainly not going to get any from Malzahn or the Tigers, who are just going to tease them about their complaint instead.
