Jimbo Fisher, wife Candi separating after cheating rumors surface

Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher and his wife Candi have reportedly separated and are in the process of getting a divorce.

According to The Tallahassee Democrat, Jimbo and Candi have been working with attorneys to mediate the terms of a “possible divorce.”

As Barstool Sports notes, word of the Fishers’ divorce comes less than a week after rumors of alleged cheating began surfacing on SEC and Florida Gators fan forums. You can read the gossip for yourself here. We all know fan forums aren’t exactly the most reliable source of information, but the timing is worth noting. Of course, it’s very possible that someone caught wind of the marital issues Jimbo and Candi were having and decided to fire up the rumor mill.

Jimbo, 49, and Candi, 46, have two sons together. They created a charitable organization in 2011 after their son Ethan was diagnosed with Fanconi Anemia.

You may be familiar with the Fisher family from that time they caught a massive shark together while fishing last summer.
