Kentucky LB Josh Allen declares himself No. 1 draft pick after monster game
Linebacker Josh Allen declared himself the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft after Kentucky’s 27-24 win over Penn State in the VRBO Citrus Bowl on Tuesday.
Allen had three sacks and a blocked field goal in the game to finish up an incredible career for the Wildcats. After the contest, he said he should be the No. 1 pick in the draft.

Allen finishes his senior season with 17 sacks, giving him 31.5 for his career. He also had 220 tackles, 11 forced fumbles, and 42 tackles for a loss. He also helped Kentucky to one of its best seasons in school history.
