College football is officially back, and so too is a tradition inextricably linked to it: fans in the student section making complete fools of themselves.
USC kicked off the season on Saturday at home against Fresno State. During the first half of the game, the ESPN broadcast showed a group of Trojan fans wearing body paint that spelled out the school’s rallying cry of “Fight On.” Well … at least that’s what it was supposed to spell.

Perhaps the guy with the “G” on his chest got caught in traffic or simply left to go get a churro. But it’s still probably not the best look for a marquee program and their fans during a season opener at home.
At least this is not quite as bad as the time that the Trojan faithful left a bowl game early and missed their team’s comeback.
