Was Mark Richt furious over missed holding call? (Video)
Mark Richt went nuts before halftime of the Orange Bowl on Saturday night and was lucky to avoid an ejection.
Richt was unhappy with the officials and was seen grabbing a referee. He also pushed one of his staffers who seemingly was trying to get him to calm down:

Richt was hit with a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct that took the ball from the 10 to the 5.
At halftime, he was asked why he was so upset and suggested people watch the tape.
Well, @MollyAMcGrath asked Mark Richt what he was so upset about with the officials.
He answered, “If you watch the tape, you’ll see,” and just walked off.

Some speculate that Richt was upset that a holding call was missed on a completion by the Badgers that set Wisconsin up at the 10-yard line, preceding a touchdown to make it 24-14.

That certainly was a bad missed call. When you’re in a close bowl game, every missed call counts.
