Mike Leach is one of the most fun interviews in college football … when you can catch him.

Leach spoke at the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference this weekend with interviewer Michael Lewis. One topic that came up was the in-game interviews he often has to conduct. The Washington State coach then proudly dished on his strategy for avoiding such interviews.

Mike Leach lays out his strategy in evading halftime reporters like it’s a play he diagrammed.
