Tom Herman showed once again that he has a lighter side.
The Texas head coach was tossed into a swimming pool at a Longhorns recruiting event on Saturday:

This is the second year in a row that Herman was tossed into the pool at the “Heatwave” event.

Texas secured at least one commitment thanks to the event — 2019 DL Peter Mpagi pledged to the program. The event helped stir up interest among other recruits who attended. And seeing a coach who can have a little fun probably doesn’t hurt either.
