Video: Joe Burrow ready for national championship ring after fifth touchdown pass
Joe Burrow was ready for his national championship ring following his fifth touchdown pass on Monday night.
The LSU Tigers quarterback threw a 24-yard touchdown pass to Terrace Marshall Jr. to put his team up 42-25 on Clemson early in the fourth quarter. As he walked towards the sideline after the touchdown pass, Burrow pointed to his hand to say he was ready for his championship ring.

To that point in the game, Burrow had 442 passing yards, five passing touchdowns, 60 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown. He had his hand in all six of LSU’s touchdowns. Improbably, Burrow was nearing the 493-yard, 7-touchdown performance he had against Oklahoma.
