Corporate Twitter accounts have to really walk the fine line of posting edgy content because they are representing big brands. But sometimes it’s worth getting into that gray territory. That was the case for Washington State on Saturday night.
The Cougars defeated Oregon 45-38 in double overtime for their first win over the Ducks since 2006. They decided to celebrate the win by trolling Oregon on Twitter with this Oregon Trail-inspired tweet/graphic:
To add insult to injury, Oregon was wearing Oregon Trail-themed jerseys for the game.
