Aaron Hernandez likely has Bloods gang tattoo

Aaron Hernandez has acquired some new body art since he was convicting of murdering Odin Lloyd back in April. Not surprisingly, one of his new tattoos likely represents his affiliation with a gang.

When Hernandez appeared in court in May to be arraigned for a 2012 double-murder that took place near Boston (a different shooting than the Lloyd case), we saw the top part of a new neck tattoo he had gotten while in prison. On Tuesday, Hernandez proudly displayed the entire tattoo during another hearing.

As some websites noted several months ago, the five-point star is one of the most commonly used symbols for the Bloods gang.

When Hernandez first went to jail more than two years ago, jail officials said they were not concerned about his tattoos being gang-related. Since the former New England Patriots tight end is pretty much guaranteed to be behind bars for the rest of his life, he probably no longer cares about trying to conceal his gang ties.

After seeing Hernandez’s new tattoo, these two guys might want to revisit their conversation about the 26-year-old.
