
Though he has long downplayed it, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck admitted Monday that he had been playing with a shoulder injury since 2015.
Luck said that the shoulder issue that has plagued him started on Sept. 27, 2015, in a road victory at the Tennessee Titans.

Luck had played through the injury for over a year afterwards, and he still threw for 31 touchdowns and just 13 interceptions in 2016 despite being plagued by the injury. He ultimately had surgery to correct the problem that should have him ready to go for training camp.
