Report: Antonio Brown involved in domestic dispute, not arrested
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown was involved in a domestic dispute in mid-January, but was not arrested or charged with a crime, TMZ Sports reports.
A woman, whose name remains anonymous, called the Hollywood Police Department in Florida and filed a report alleging misconduct by Brown, although specifics of the complaint are unclear despite acknowledgment of the filing.
“Mr. Brown was involved in a domestic dispute. No arrests were made,” a representative of the Hollywood Police Department told TMZ Sports on Tuesday.
This is just the latest in a string of off-field issues for Brown, who is at odds with the Steelers and is also being sued as a part of another incident in which he allegedly threw a couch off a balcony, nearly striking a 22-month-old boy.
Brown has denied those allegations and declared himself “innocent.” However, neither he nor his representation has addressed this latest claim.
