Bills release statement on WR Zay Jones’ naked arrest
The Buffalo Bills released a statement on Tuesday about the arrest of wide receiver Zay Jones.
Jones was arrested on Monday night at an apartment building in downtown Los Angeles. Video shared by TMZ Sports shows Jones was naked and seemingly out of his mind. He had to be restrained by his brother Cayleb from attempting to jump out of the 30th floor of the building.
Jones was charged with public vandalism for breaking a window, which apparently left his foot bloodied. He was taken to jail and as of Tuesday night reportedly was at the USC Medical Center. His bail is $20,000.

“We are aware of the incident involving Zay Jones. We are still in the process of gathering more information on the matter. At this point, we will have no further comment,” the Bills said in a statement.
The No. 37 overall pick in last year’s draft, Jones had 27 catches for 316 yards and two touchdowns last season. Four days ago, he shared this photo on Instagram and tagged the location as Los Angeles. It appears to be taken from a downtown Los Angeles high-rise building.
