The wife of Miami Dolphins cornerback Brent Grimes, Miko, has developed a reputation for being a loose cannon on Twitter. In late September, the Miami Herald wrote an article about the following she’s gained on social media thanks to her big mouth. While Brent keeps things pretty quiet, she freely shares her thoughts.
On Saturday night, Miko was admittedly drunk when she began tweeting some barbs at Jonathan Martin, who was on the sidelines watching his alma mater Stanford take on USC in Los Angeles. Miko called Martina “faker” and “female.”

Does Miko represent Brent’s thoughts?
“Brent is very passive person,” Miko told The Herald in September.
“He does things and doesn’t say things. I’ve decided to be his voice, the devil on his shoulders sometimes.”
Brent was one of the players who defended Richie Incognito, saying he wasn’t a racist. Maybe this is how many Dolphins players privately feel about Martin.
