Cam Heyward writes on eye black again despite fine
Cam Heyward complained about being fined by the NFL for writing a tribute to his father on his eye black two weeks ago, and now the Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end has repeated the act.
Heyward wore eye black for the Steelers’ Week 6 game against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, and he had “Iron Head” written on the strips just like when he did two weeks ago.
Heyward’s father is the late Craig “Iron Head” Heyward, who died of cancer. The league has very strict uniform policies, regardless of a player’s intent, which in this case is a positive one.
