Cam Newton walks out of press conference (Video)

Cam Newton

Cam Newton was in no mood to answer questions from the media after the Carolina Panthers’ latest loss, which dropped the team to 1-5 on the season.

Newton’s postgame press conference lasted around two minutes, and it featured him mostly giving brief answers to questions. But after a little more than a minute, the quarterback’s frustration showed, and he said “next question” in response to a few inquiries he didn’t care for. He then said adios after not very long (video here).

This was Newton’s first game back after missing a week with a concussion, and things did not go as he would have liked. The Panthers surrendered 41 points, while Cam accounted for three touchdowns. He only carried the ball twice, with the diminished rushing attempts seemingly a response to his concussion.

The latest display from Cam will do little to dispel the notion that the QB is a sore loser, which is something that showed after his Super Bowl-losing press conference.
