Report: Chiefs getting second and fourth round picks for Marcus Peters
The Los Angeles Rams have reportedly landed cornerback Marcus Peters without parting ways with any hugely valuable assets.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, the Rams will give up a fourth-round pick in 2018 and a second-round pick in 2019 to acquire Peters from the Kansas City Chiefs.
The #Chiefs traded CB Marcus Peters to the #Rams for a 2018 fourth round pick and a 2019 2nd round pick, sources say. The deal can’t be official until the league year begins.

We had known that Peters was bound for Los Angeles, but we didn’t know exactly what the return was. Kansas City was put in a spot where the player wanted out, they were actively looking to move him, and there were at least some questions about conduct. That likely helped keep the return on the lower side.
