Cooper Kupp out for season with torn ACL
The Los Angeles Rams feared the worst when wide receiver Cooper Kupp went down with a knee injury in Sunday’s win over the Seattle Seahawks, and those fears were realized on Monday.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, an MRI confirmed that Kupp tore the ACL in his left knee.

Kupp was running a route in the second half of Sunday’s game when he went down and immediately grabbed his knee. The injury appeared to be of the non-contact variety, which is never good.

The injury ends a frustrating season for Kupp, who missed two games earlier in the year with a different knee issue. While that injury looked even more severe given the way Kupp was dragged to the turf, the one from Sunday turned out to be the worst case scenario.
