The Belknap County Attorney has issued a statement regarding the indictment of New England Patriots safety Patrick Chung.
Chung was indicted earlier this month on one charge of cocaine possession after a grand jury investigation determined there was reason to proceed with the case. Police found cocaine at the safety’s New Hampshire home during a check when an alarm went off.
Here is the statement from the county attorney’s office, which says the incident took place on June 25.
