Dak Prescott had 3-word summary of his performance vs. Packers
Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott did not have the start he was hoping for Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.
On paper, Prescott appeared to have a decent stat line after the 48-32 loss at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The 30-year-old QB went 41/60 for 403 yards with 3 touchdowns and 2 interceptions.
However, the majority of his production came after the Cowboys spotted the Packers a 27-0 lead in the first half. Prescott threw for just 87 yards with 2 interceptions before the break and was vastly outplayed by Packers QB Jordan Love before the game got out of hand.
First half stats:
Jordan Love – 185 passing yards, 1 TD and a 135.7 passer rating
Dak Prescott – 87 passing yards, 1 TD, 2 INTs and a 47.2 passer rating

A handful of Cowboys fans weren’t even able to witness Prescott finally start to get going. Several spectators were seen leaving AT&T Stadium as early as the third quarter (video here).
Prescott summed it up succinctly when asked about his performance during his postgame press conference.
“I sucked tonight,” Prescott told reporters. “And that’s it. … It’s about winning, and winning in the playoffs.”

The Cowboys were heavy favorites over the Packers to advance to the Divisional Round. Dallas was a spotless 8-0 at home during the regular season facing off against an inexperienced Green Bay squad.
But as has been the case throughout most of Prescott’s tenure so far, the Cowboys struggled once the postseason lights were on.
