Earlier on Thursday we passed along a report from NBC Miami saying that Darren Sharper was being investigated for an alleged sexual battery in Miami Beach. This investigation is separate from the 11 druggings and seven rapes in four states he’s already suspected of. At first the details of the alleged Miami Beach incident were not available, but now they are.
TMZ Sports got a hold of the police report and says the alleged victim claims she filed the police report last month after seeing news of Sharper’s alleged rapes on TV. This woman claims she and friends met Sharper at a nightclub in Miami and went back to his condo.
The woman claims she was drunk and went into his bedroom. Witnesses supposedly told police they heard the alleged victim saying “no no I don’t want to” to Sharper, so they entered the room in an attempt to take her away. She apparently said she just wanted to sleep.
When the woman woke up in the morning, she says Sharper was having sex with her without a condom.
Though the woman went to a doctor, she did not go to police until last month after seeing Sharper’s face on TV in association with the rape cases.
