Did Lions player poop his pants during Texans game?
Fans on Sunday could not help but notice a very visible stain on one Detroit Lions player’s pants.
Lions linebacker James Houston went viral on social media for appearing to soil his pants while playing against the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. The Lions had 3rd-and-10 at their own 35 and trailed 10-7 with over nine minutes left in the first half. Texans quarterback CJ Stroud handed the ball off to Joe Mixon in the backfield.
Mixon was quickly swallowed up by Houston and several other Lions defenders. If you look closely at the replay of Houston making the tackle, you can see a huge yellowish-brown splotch on the back of his pants.

The Lions’ poop incident may have been a sign of things to come for the rest of the half. Detroit’s remaining four possessions in the second quarter all ended badly: interception, punt, punt, interception. They still managed to come back and win the game 26-23 despite Jared Goff throwing five interceptions.
