
Wide receiver Danny Amendola has become the latest NFL cap casualty.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Amendola has been released by the Miami Dolphins, which will save them $6 million in cap space.

Amendola was still a significant figure for the Dolphins last season, catching 59 passes for 575 yards, but scored just one touchdown. He’s an experienced veteran who also brings the experience of a two-time Super Bowl champion, so expect him to land on his feet somewhere, be it as a piece on a contender or as a veteran leader on a young team.
