Report: Drew Lock in first-round conversation for Giants
There continue to be mixed signals on whether the New York Giants are in the market for a quarterback in the NFL Draft.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, Missouri quarterback Drew Lock is an option for the Giants, and they spent extra time meeting with him at his Pro Day. Pelissero adds that Lock is very much in the first-round conversation for New York.

In addition to the sixth pick, the Giants also select 17th, which could be more fertile ground for a developmental quarterback. However, it’s also been made quite clear that they’re married to Eli Manning for the time being, and that may last beyond 2019. Their draft strategy will be intriguing.
