Seattle Seahawks safety Earl Thomas is showing nothing but class after leveling New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski with a devastating hit on Sunday night.
Thomas took to Twitter on Tuesday to post a heartfelt message wishing Gronkowski well after learning that his fellow All-Pro was hurt on the play.

The hit occurred in the second quarter of the 31-24 victory for the Seahawks (video here). Gronkowski reportedly suffered a punctured lung on the play but is only expected to miss minimal time.
It’s a nice gesture from Thomas, especially considering that Gronkowski himself admitted the hit was completely clean. He’s truly cementing himself as one of the NFL’s best, both on and off the field.
