Eminem flips 49ers fans the double bird during NFC title game

Detroit native Eminem on Sunday was in no mood to be friendly with any San Francisco 49ers fans at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.

The Lions got off to a roaring start in the NFC Championship Game. The visitors scored two touchdowns before the 49ers could even get on the scoreboard.

The adrenaline may have gotten to Eminem early. The man otherwise known as Marshall Mathers might have lost himself for a moment during the early scoring outburst. He was seen flipping the double bird at several Niners fans while standing from his VIP box in the first half.

Eminem has been a vocal supporter of the Lions throughout their playoff run. He even made an impassioned plea to former Lions QB Matthew Stafford before Detroit’s NFC Wild Card Round clash. The “8 Mile” star’s efforts paid off as the Lions survived a 24-23 scare against the team’s former longtime QB to advance all the way to the NFC title game.

Sunday’s shot at the Super Bowl feels like an opportunity that comes once in a lifetime for long-suffering Lions fans. The “Lose Yourself” rapper knows a thing or two about owning big-time moments like that.
