Report: Eric Weddle to visit with Rams
Free agent safety Eric Weddle is getting a lot of interest, and one notable contender is pushing to sign him.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, the Los Angeles Rams have a visit scheduled with Weddle, and are one of five teams that he is seriously considering after he was released by the Baltimore Ravens.
Former #Ravens S Eric Weddle is set to visit the #Rams, per @PSchrags & me. He has 11 offers, has narrowed it down to 5 teams.

The 34-year-old safety started all 16 games for Baltimore last season and collected 68 tackles, so there’s no doubt he can still contribute to a defense. He had initially talked about retiring if the Ravens cut him, but clearly reconsidered and is looking to continue his playing career elsewhere.
