Everybody made the same joke about Tom Brady meeting Cristiano Ronaldo

There was plenty of greatness on the pitch at Old Trafford this weekend.

Retired QB Tom Brady attended Manchester United’s match on Saturday against Tottenham. It was a thrilling affair in which United star Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat trick, including a go-ahead goal in the 81st minute.

After the match, Brady went down to the pitch to greet Ronaldo. The two legends were seen having a conversation with one another.

The cool moment led to everybody making the same joke on Twitter — that two GOATs had linked up.

Both Brady and Ronaldo are largely considered to be the greatest of all-time in their respective sports. At 37 though, Ronaldo still has a few years ahead of him and some competition for the GOAT title from Paris Saint-Germain star Lionel Messi.

Perhaps Brady was giving Ronaldo some advice on what more he can do to bolster his case as he approaches 40. After all, several stars in other sports have attempted to study Brady’s secrets when it comes to longevity.
