Ezekiel Elliott doesn’t give a f— what Doug Pederson says

Ezekiel Elliott

Did Doug Pederson’s “guarantee” during the week leading up to Sunday night’s Dallas Cowboys-Philadelphia Eagles clash motivate the Cowboys? The final score might point to yes, but the Cowboys seem to suggest otherwise.

On the Monday six days ahead of the Sunday night clash, Pederson said his Eagles were going to go to Dallas and win. That didn’t come close to happening as the Cowboys smashed the Eagles 37-10.

After the game, Ezekiel Elliott was asked whether Peterson’s comment provided motivation. He said they “don’t give a f— what Doug Pederson says.”

Ezekiel Elliott when asked if Doug Pederson saying the Eagles would win tonight provided any extra motivation: “We don’t need inspiration from him to go out there and play hard. Honestly, we don’t give a f*ck what Doug Pederson says.”

Cowboys fans have to love that comment. It shows such disdain for the Eagles and so little thought of them and indicates the Cowboys are only worried about themselves. Truthfully, that’s how it should be.

Dallas entered the game on a three-game losing streak. But this game showed that when the team’s offensive players are all healthy, they are among the best squads in the league.
