Fred Warner embarrasses an NFC team with a ruthless statement

The NFC West was a group of death in the 2025 NFL regular season. The division sent three teams to the NFL playoffs, with the Seattle Seahawks, Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers all reaching the postseason. The odd team out was the Arizona Cardinals, who won just three games.

As if the Cardinals had not suffered enough humiliation, San Francisco linebacker Fred Warner piled on Arizona by using a popular meme to roast the Glendale-based franchise.

“For some reason, bro, it’s like you ever seen that meme of like the dragons?” Warner said during a recent appearance on the “St. Brown Podcast,” hosted by Equanimeous St. Brown and and Amon-Ra St. Brown.

“It’s like the three dragons, and you got the dragon over there with his tongue out with the googly eyes. Unfortunately, that’s the Cardinals right now.”

Fred Warner was asked if the NFC West is the best division in football:

“Oh yeah easily. That’s not even a question.”

Amon-Ra St. Brown: “What about the Cardinals?”

That may be tough to hear for Cardinals fans, but it’s hard to argue against it either.

The Seahawks won 14 games and are a win away from winning the Super Bowl again. The Los Angeles Rams recorded 12 victories and reached the NFC Championship, where they lost to the Seahawks. The 49ers also racked up 12 wins and dethroned the then-reigning Super Bowl champions Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Wild Card Round before losing to the Seahawks.

Simply put, even in the playoffs, it was the NFC teams taking each other out.
