Nothing went right for Isiah Pacheco amid his concussion
Isiah Pacheco just could not catch a break during his Kansas City Chiefs’ 20-14 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo. on Monday.
The Chiefs were down 17-7 in the third quarter and had a 2nd-and-14 at their 15. Patrick Mahomes threw a pass to Pacheco for a gain of five yards. After catching the pass, Pacheco’s helmet came off, and then he was nailed in the head inadvertently by teammate Creed Humphrey.

Pacheco was on the sidelines after that and preparing to get examined by the team’s trainers. But guess what happened? The table he went to sit on collapsed.

That’s pretty awful luck for Pacheco.
Pacheco ended up being diagnosed with a concussion and was replaced by Clyde Edwards-Helaire.
Pacheco had 11 carries for 26 yards and a touchdown, plus 4 catches for no yards in the game. The Chiefs wound up losing for the third time in their last four games.
