Furious Jaguars have locker room blowout after ugly loss
The Jacksonville Jaguars expected to be contending for a Super Bowl in 2018, but they’re a long way from that right now, and frustrations are boiling over.
After Jacksonville’s 20-7 home loss to the Houston Texans, reporters described a heated scene in the closed locker room, which involved defensive lineman Yannick Ngakoue having to be restrained by teammate Calais Campbell.
Jags just briefly opened up the doors to the locker room before shutting them. Calais Campbell was holding back Yannick Ngakoue, who threw off Campbell. Lots of yelling coming from the room.

There were signs that this was coming, as observers saw Ngakoue yelling at one of the coaches on the sideline late in the contest.

This was Jacksonville’s fourth loss in five games. They made no secret of their Super Bowl ambitions and looked like they were off to a promising start, but things have gotten so bad they benched their quarterback during Sunday’s loss. They have to turn things around quickly if they want their season to get back on track, but this sounds like a very frustrated and furious group right now.
