Colts owner Jim Irsay apologizes for ‘crap performance’ in preseason loss
Following Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay on Twitter is like watching Mark Sanchez play quarterback — you never know what you’re going to get, but it usually makes you scratch your head. Expectations are high for the Colts heading into 2013 after Andrew Luck made the transition to the NFL level almost seamlessly last year. But on Sunday, Indy began the preseason with a loss to the Buffalo Bills.
No big deal, right? It is only the first game of the preseason, after all. Apparently the 44-20 was important to Irsay, who says he reprimanded his staff for the poor performance.
Many starters played briefly or were nursing little injuries, but it was a crap performance,my apologies/My commanders got n earful from me!

And you thought Irsay was just some rah-rah fan of his team who busts out designer T-shirts when he’s pumped for the playoffs? Think again. This dude wants to win, even in early August. I ain’t mad at him.
