49ers offensive lineman Jonathan Martin has been a target of late, most notably of the wife of Dolphins quarterback Brent Grimes. It would be difficult to have any issues with what transpired involving Martin on Thursday.
Jonathan Martin took to his Twitter account in the evening to say he did his civic duty by stopping a robbery attempt at a Versace store.
Just took a dude out trying to rob a Versace store #CivicDuty

While we do not know more details at the time of writing, we do know that despite the good nature of his act, Martin will still be subject of less than favorable responses.
