Logan Thomas could see some snaps for Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals have had their quarterback depth tested more than any other NFL team this season. Drew Stanton, who was filling in for the injured Carson Palmer, suffered a partially torn ACL on Thursday and is expected to be out a month. Who is the next man up?
Ryan Lindley, a sixth-round pick out of San Diego State in 2012, completed just four of 10 passes in limited work against the St. Louis Rams. Rookie Logan Thomas played against the Denver Broncos earlier this season and completed just one of eight passes, though he did throw a touchdown.
Might the Cardinals use both?
Arians has said #AZCardinals could have a package for Logan Thomas if he's not starting QB. We'll see if that comes to pass. #SEAvsAZ

The situation is obviously not ideal heading into a crucial home game against the Seattle Seahawks. That said, Arizona’s defense has done an incredible job of taking pressure off its offense. If the Cardinals can keep holding teams out of the end zone, a first-round playoff bye is not out of the question.
