Michael Sam got into a heated confrontation outside a nightclub in Hollywood on Tuesday night, and at one point it appeared the two men were going to come to blows.
It’s unclear what set Sam off, but footage obtained by TMZ shows the NFL free agent screaming in the face of a much smaller man and telling him he gives “our f—ing community a bad f—ing name.” Beware that the video contains a lot of inappropriate language:
According to TMZ, The argument took place outside a club called Bootsy Bellows. One of Sam’s friends eventually convinced the former Mizzou star to get into a car and leave before the situation escalated any further.
Sam, who recently hinted that he believes one conspiracy theory about why he was drafted, need to avoid this type of situation in the future if he ever wants another shot in the NFL. We have no idea whose fault the altercation was, but getting into a shouting match in public is never a good look.
