Michael Thomas trolls Redskins DBs with more trash talk on Twitter
Michael Thomas got inside the heads of his opponents on Monday night, and he continued his trash talk even after the game.
Thomas caught four passes for 74 yards in the New Orleans Saints’ 43-19 thumping of the Washington Redskins on Monday. He annoyed Washington’s DBs with his trash talk and actions during the game. Washington’s top cornerback Josh Norman was even benched briefly so he could cool down, according to his head coach.
“We talked about some things at halftime,” Jay Gruden said about Norman, via The Washington Post. “Had to cool him down a little bit. Everything’s fine. It’ll be back to normal, and he’ll play the rest of the year.”
After winning the battle on the field, Thomas got on Twitter and trolled Norman and Quinton Dunbar, laughing at their postgame comments and articles about Norman being benched.
We send shots, we just send them on time goofy. https://t.co/7wSHcIJQCe

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Thomas take some pleasure on Twitter by trolling an opponent. He apparently is a pretty good pest on the field and even better trash-talker. And what a role reversal for Norman, who used to be the one known for doing all the talking.
