Free agent quarterback Michael Vick is open to playing one more season in the NFL before hanging them up.
Vick, who started three games and won two of them for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2015, believes he has another year to give someone if they offer.
“I’m 35, about to turn 36,” Vick said at Tyrod Taylor’s youth camp on Saturday, via David Teel of Newport News’s Daily Press. “I’ve got one more dedicated season in my blood, if somebody needs me to come in. But I’m kind of happy where I am right now.

“I’ve got my health, I’ve got my kids, I’ve got my family. The game has done so much for me in terms of relationships, opportunities to take care of myself and my family. I’m just thankful. I give all the credit to God.”
Vick sounds like he’d be happy to play one more season, but isn’t going to actively seek out the opportunity. If someone comes calling, he’ll listen. He can still be a capable backup for someone – plus, check out his blocking skills.
