One of the top offensive linemen on the market is reportedly visiting with a potential suitor.
Free agent center Nick Mangold is reportedly visiting with the Baltimore Ravens this week, according to ESPN’s Jamison Hensley.
The Ravens are in the market for a center, having dealt previous starter Jeremy Zuttah to San Francisco earlier in the offseason. Ravens offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg knows Mangold from the time the two spent together with the New York Jets.
There’s no evidence that a deal is close yet, but things are serious enough that there is a visit. The Ravens could accommodate Mangold’s original position as opposed to forcing him into a change, too.
