Patrick Mahomes has been billed as having incredible arm strength. He showed that off on Friday night.

Mahomes threw a pass nearly 70 yards in the air to Tyreek Hill in the Kansas City Chiefs’ preseason win over the Atlanta Falcons on Friday night.

The pass officially went down as a 69-yard TD. You don’t often see a quarterback get a chance to heave a ball that far during a game, much less complete it. That was right on target.

Mahomes was 8-of-12 for 138 yards with the TD and an interception in the game. He’ll be ushering in a new era of Chiefs football this fall with the team having moved on from Alex Smith.
