Report: Bucs LT Donovan Smith out 2-4 weeks with sprained knee
The injury news on Donovan Smith appears to be much better than initially feared.
Smith had an injury scare in practice on Tuesday, but NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport says Smith has a sprained knee and is only expected to miss 2-4 weeks.

The Tampa Bay Times’ Rick Stroud reportedly earlier that there was optimism that Smith would be ready for the Bucs’ Week 1 game against New Orleans on Sept. 9.
Bucs are optimistic that both LT Donovan Smith and S Justin Evans will e ready for Week 1 vs the Saints.

Smith has not missed a game since being drafted No. 34 overall in 2015.
