The Buffalo Bills may be without Sammy Watkins for their Week 3 tilt against the Arizona Cardinals.
Coach Rex Ryan said there is “heightened concern” that the star receiver will have to sit out on Sunday as the Bills try to avoid an 0-3 start.

The Bills – and Watkins himself – have tried to downplay the issues with the receiver’s surgically repaired foot. He didn’t practice Wednesday, though, and he’s clearly not right physically. It’s another dose of bad news for the Bills, and another symptom of a season that is not going as planned at all.
