The New England Patriots are still offering mixed news on the injury front.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Tom Brady was a full participant in Friday’s practice and would not even be on the injury report if there were a game Sunday — while the opposite is true of Rob Gronkowski.
#Patriots QB Tom Brady (right hand) was a full participant in today’s practice and would have been off the report if there was a game Sunday (there isn’t). Meanwhile, Rob Gronkowski (concussion) did not practice and would’ve been out for Sunday if there was a game (there isn’t).

Concerns about Brady’s hand now appear to be a thing of the past, if they weren’t already following his AFC Championship performance. All eyes will now turn to Gronkowski, who is recovering from a concussion. Most of the signals coming from the Patriots’ camp are positive for him to play in the Super Bowl, but he’s clearly not close yet.
