Titans crush reporter on Twitter for dowplaying Derrick Henry’s run
Derrick Henry treated fans to one of the best runs of the season on Thursday with his 99-yard score against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but not everyone was impressed with the way he tossed defenders aside en route to the end zone.
Sports business reporter Darren Rovell, who worked for ESPN for many years, was more disgusted with the Jags’ lack of effort. He made his opinion known on Twitter.
Please don't call that one of the best runs in NFL history.
If you call it anything, call it one of the worst tackling jobs.

Rovell has a point, but Henry still deserves plenty of credit for the way he stiff-armed multiple defenders and refused to be stopped. Whoever runs the Tennessee Titans’ official Twitter account was having none of it.
SHUT UP, NERD! #TitanUp

For those of you who might not have seen the run, here it is:
DERRICK HENRY WENT BEASTMODE!!! 😱😱😱

If you saw some of the reactions to Henry’s run on social media, you know Rovell is in the minority in thinking it wasn’t one of the most beastly runs you’ll see.
