TJ Ward arrested for possession of marijuana
Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive back T.J. Ward was arrested Wednesday morning on drug-related charges, according to online police records.
As Ian Rapoport of NFL Media notes, Ward was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has already been released on bond.

Ward, who turned 31 last month, is set to become a free agent in March. The safety spent the previous three seasons with the Denver Broncos prior to signing a one-year deal with the Bucs, so perhaps he forgot that marijuana laws in Florida as not as lax as they are in Colorado.
