New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has been on his own planet over the past several games, catching everything that is thrown his way and dragging defenders with him every time he reels in a pass. Against the Denver Broncos on Sunday, Gronk made one of the best catches you will see all year.
Gronkowski reached up with his left arm to catch a ball that was thrown well behind him. He even made contact with a defender, which made the catch seem even more impossible. Tom Brady was just as impressed as we were.
“Dude, that was f—ing unbelievable,” Brady told Gronkowski. “How the f— did you catch that?”
The catch set up a touchdown for New England en route to a convincing win. How was Gronk able to come down with it? Because he’s Gronk, that’s how. As this poor Chicago Bears defender will tell you, it’s Gronk’s world and we’re all just living in it.
